To support your mental wellbeing, our HCPC registered practitioner psychologists and BABCP psychotherapists can support you with navigating life challenges, understanding symptoms that may be related to conditions such as depression or anxiety, through talking therapies. We offer a range of therapies and counselling which all encompass a person-centred integrative approach.
We offer gold-standard diagnostic services for autism and ADHD through our multidisciplinary team who are compliant with National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines. Our service can also arrange post-diagnostic navigation and support sessions.
Our speech and language therapists can assess your child's communication needs, support with speech and language development and offer support strategy sessions to assist your child at home and school (e.g. communication passports)
Our occupational therapists can offer assessment of your child's sensory processing experience, offering strategies and recommendations for their home and school environment.

We offer Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) to support the symptoms of trauma related symptoms.
Whether you are in a highly pressurised job or find yourself impacted by performance anxiety in interviews, sports, in examinations, presentations or on stage, we offer heart rate variability training (a non-pharmacological approach) to help you understand the stress response and how to actively manage this. This can also support with clients going through a stressful life event such as IVF.
We can offer sessions with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that contribute to their problems
